Yesterday I went for a run only to find that the grass was not as short as it looked from my car window.
Is running in longish grass to be avoided or is it in fact a useful training aid ( cos it makes you get them knees up !!)

i think it helps but might cause slight injuries - i find it strengthens my legs when i walk thru it - but watch for snakes and things!

Just don't run barefoot in long grass, as you never know what you may find
