tips
Hi I am heading up to near Colne for a few days next week and wondered if anyone knows of any running groups up there that I could possibly tag along with just to keep me training - nothing to serious as I am a slow but steady runner
Also I will be in Washington DC for a month in April so any tips for running there too please
Can't help with Washington DC but Trawden AC run on Mondays and Wednesdays from Colne Leisure centre, setting off at 6pm for approx 1 hour. Have a look at the website www.trawdenac.co.uk might see you there.
Hi that sounds good - where do you run....I am mainly a slow lone runner so not used to being with a group of seriously good runners!
We run about 6 to 8 miles from the leisure centre and have a number of routes depending on weather etc. Lots of different levels so there should be someone you can run comfortably with.
