I was hoping you guys would give me some advice/help. I am currently doing a "Train the Trainer" course in work. Like all courses we have assignments and one of the assignment is a 15 minute presentation. We can do the presentation on anything we like and I have chosen running. In the course there is a specific way to present it which Im fine about. So the material I will research. I will be going through warm-ups, stretching, training plan, nutrition. If there is anything that any of you think would be worth putting in please feel free to post here. I have 3 weeks to put this together. I appreciate any help given
