Red sauce is a great way of spoiling any food, in fact, it would a great way for me to shift 2 or 3 stone quickly as if I coated all my food in it I'd never eat!

Anyway, 18 for team brown and a temporary stop at top spot, with my old user name.

10.17 added for team brown sauce. Agree with stray runner. Brown sauce all the way. A bacon sandwich is exactly what I fancy eating right now. Legs very very tired this week and going seriously slow didn't help

Wow I'm in 5th place. Am going to take a photo of the leaderboard because I don't think I'm going to see that again!!

First run of March, only 3.1 miles, but a 5k pb of 26:49 for myself and the wife.

Kitten kat could you amend the opening post of this thread with the new site, there seems to be a lot still posting on the old one and personally I always go through the link in the opening post!

I may not adulterate my food with any sauce rubbish but today's run was just that - adulterated rubbish! (But at least it was 6.71 miles of rubbish. Well done the PBers!!

I would have home made chutney with my sausages

6.76 miles for me tonight to mark the end of a manic week at work....

I think the new website looks fab, and it will be really interesting having three teams rather than 2 - from doing a quick skim through the names of who's on each team it looks like it may be a fairly even spread ( no sauce pun intended )

Happy weekend to everyone, and may your long runs be smooth and pain free!

14 foggy miles this morning for me. May be sauce be with you all but especially red.
02/03/2012 at 20:09

No sauce, no sausages, no bacon. I'm an affleet!

10.18m for me today though- makes up a bit for the zero yesterday. Hate to jinx myself, but think I'm really back this time

Have a good weekend everyone and, where appropriate, may the sauce be with you!

5.01 red sauce miles at lunchtime. Felt good!

Red sauce all the way on my veggie sausages. Too many years in the US to crave the brown stuff. Of course I can't log anything as I'm too stupid to remember my password that autofilled on the old site .
