@Jason - You're putting us all to shame!

I postponed the run tonight - I've been told that I look like i'm going to drop off to sleep at any moment so i'm having an early night for an early run tomorrow!

9.87 red sauce miles for me finishing as darkness fell - a lovely evening and forecast for more of the same through the week - so no excuses! The pictures are great YoungPup - I used to live in Epsom so I know the area well - it was before my running days but I have walked all round there - thanks for sharing them.

What's happening at the end of March? Looks like I might just miss my target. Twice this year lost a week due to illness, but better safe than long term sorry. Has been very beneficial so thanks to all organisers again. Out for an 8 later.

7.93 this afternoon in the blazing sun has brought me to my (modest) 100 mile target. My health has been so poor that I didn't think I would make it at one point. With a half on Sunday, I'm going to play it safe, so I don't think I will be adding many more miles for team no sauce - sorry guys.

Another 6.5 miles for me today - I went out at lunch in the sunshine and did a very relaxed, people watching run all around the Serpentine in Hyde Park, and then around the perimeter of Green Park and St James Park....

Average pace was just under 08:30 per mile, and it felt great.

8.2 brown sauce miles. Too many niggles in first couple of miles. Needed to give self a talking to, sped up and then enjoyed...what a surprise. Felt great at the end!

What is going on red sauce team, the browns seem to have overtaken us! Must be the good weather that's brought them out. Tonight's interval session was almost pleasant on a warm evening in daylight. Almost.

8 miles logged, anyway.

13.11 hot sweaty miles for the brownies .... had to do the extra .1 so I could feel rightfully indignant at being scheduled to do a half marathon on a school night !!

Fraid I've not done my part for the red saucies. Had to admit I was getting shin splints after shin pain at the start of the month.

But week off running completely and leg  feeling much better
