4 days off running, for the first time since I don't know when.
Dragged my body through a conference, and now I'm unwell. May attempt my planned seven later, but it depends how long driving back home takes.

14.81 miles for me.... It should have been 14 miles but decided to add a bit on at the start to see how I felt. crap run but great weather!

Another 5.03 for the no sauce team. Easy week over and hit 23rd in the rankings, an all time high!

Yes FRC it will be my fiorst half and then first marathon.
Do you think I am doing enough miles though? maybe I should think about getting a bit faster still just over 11 min miles? Rather than further?
I am doing the women's 10k in liverpool in May. I have done that loads. My last one was 58 mins and some seconds I would like to be a bit quicker even if only a minute. That was 2 yrs ago.
Hi Natural Born Runner and Just Run I am in no sauce team too but my miles aren't as many as yours ...doing me best for a plodder.
I am doing squats, lunges one leg squats planks general stretching when I come back from running.
I think a little bit of weights might be good too.
I think I just feel impatient to be able to run more, further and faster but you're right best not to rush.
