Back to regular training for me in May. April was a bit of a non-event due to holidays etc. However, Sunday's 15 mile race most definitely reinforced the need to train more regularly! Although it was multi-terrain, I added 32 mins onto my half marathon time from a fortnight before - not good!
So, a wee loop from home last night in recovery, and that's the month of May up and rolling. Happy running folks. Look forward to seeing what's happening in June. Thanks Bruce.
