What do you mean - sign up to pace people or to be paced?
If it's the latter then you don't need to do anything aside from just follow the pacers on the day - they've got signs etc that they hold up above the crowd.
If it's the former, I think members of the RW team (both online and for the magazine) do it and I don't think it's open to outside help.
