Bother, second run today didn't happen, didn't finish work until after 8 and the white wine was calling me asking me to pretend it's a summer evening.

12 miles for me today - and assuming I can drag myself out for a brief recovery run tomorrow this will be my highest mileage week this year

Another 3 - short but sweet (and fast for me!)

Rest day today, my legs need one after 20+ days without one and 2 races out of the last 3 weekends... promise to make up any lost mileage over the coming weeks

I also notice we are taking a huge beating here! Can we get hold of the guys at the bottom of the table and encourage an extra run or 2 out of them?!
