6.2 recovery run this evening... a couple longer runs lined up for this weekend.
Bother, second run today didn't happen, didn't finish work until after 8 and the white wine was calling me asking me to pretend it's a summer evening.

18 miles for me - done and dusted!
13.4 miles yay!!!
7.3 this morning, adds to 15 yesterday, but probably no running tomorrow (other plans!)

Another 3 - short but sweet (and fast for me!)
"You are currently at 55% of target after 58% of challenge" - not bad considering I had a rubbish week at the start (school half term)
Rest day today, my legs need one after 20+ days without one and 2 races out of the last 3 weekends... promise to make up any lost mileage over the coming weeks
I also notice we are taking a huge beating here! Can we get hold of the guys at the bottom of the table and encourage an extra run or 2 out of them?!
