RW v Fetch June Running Challenge

username was bagpuss but might also be geared towards my name here, i forget which one it displayed in our RW monthly one i have a suspicion is was my RW name not my username

Keith indeed your username was\is bagpuss ... the problem was you somehow had 3 identical accounts set up so it was getting confused .. have now trimmed the excess accounts abit so can you try again ... ta

5.1 miles at lunchtime 

Some very wet miles logged for today. Hopefully a few more tomorrow

x-bagpuss is now indeed an ex bagpuss (I just marked it with an x- until was sure you could get in)

WiB - I can imagine, it was more than a bit wet underfoot for Durham Dales Challenge 30 today and I heard the rain was heavier over west. DC who I was running with got an email regarding Lancaster marathon tomorrow to say its running was in doubt after a months rainfall overnight!

First DDC30 (or 30.75) and a very good LDWA challenge event, more moorland and challenging route than I expected, wind, rain and saturated ground contributed diffculty too. But never rained enough t require full waterproof and the wind assisted plenty in the second half too. The section along the river Tees was abandoned as the river had claimed the path. Good food on route and at end too. Will be back for more of that next year.

20 miles today, my first 20 miler for a couple of months. It went surpriningly well!

My weigh-in day today (trying to lose quite a bit of blubber) and delighted to see I'd shed 3lbs and 0.1% body fat this week Even more pleased when I ran my 17m with 8 @ MP far more comfortably and faster than before warm down gives me 17.5m for the RW posse

Back on the road again - 3.48m today, dry and sunny, quite a shock to the system!

I haven't updated for ages, it's on my to do list. Shall we see if Fetch want to make this a whole summer (I know, I know, what's summer in the UK now) thing and go for June, July & August?

As I'm recording mine for fetch it's nice to keep winning 

I have fallen by the wayside in the last two weeks due to stupid foot and even stupider work load. But back on it this week if I can get away from work in time
Also well up for the rest of summer - have another ultra in July
