Morning - a few miles clocked last night and a 10K tonight, don't think I'll be bothering the top 10 this month.
oh, I am 17th - first time I have ever been that far up!
Off the mark this month, 12.55 hills of miles...... sorry meant that other way around, that's just how it felt! Also, in continuous rain and overgrown wet foliage ripping my already grazed legs to shreds (got a nice gash on my thigh from a spiky plant of some kind I hit at full descent speed). Feeling nauseous after for some reason too and couldn't sleep half the night. If there was ever a case for a run to be worth more miles than it was Easier run tonight more towards undulating end of scale I think.
Anyone would think you are training for something serious DE.
10 miles yesterday and 14 today, got caught in a right downpoor for the last 4 miles I now have running shoe dye all over my socks.
Another 10 miles for me getting lost in Frankfurt. Great city and it was such a nice change to run by the river... although running past everyone having a BBQ or in the beer gardens made me really hungry!
Well done everyone- gap is tiny at the moment 15.5m for me this evening- weather was lovely
6.23 earlier. Any hopes of good pace died whilst trying to run in swamp like conditions in road shoes. My legs found new ways to bend and twist today, degrees of freedom in motion I didn't think possible previously.
10.1 miles for me.....verrrry humid
Oh are you doing this again for another month, is it too late to enter?
Will anyone notice if I saunter in and enter my mileage a few days into the month?
ive just entered my first day of july chimpster , so cant see why not
Not much contribution from me until Sunday unfortunately, 10K race last night in the tipping rain, but of course the sun came out at the end.
Top tip: If you're 5ft nothing with less strength than a pipecleaner, don't try to drag your washing machine across the kitchen floor or you'll end up with a mangled and very painful foot.
I'll see how things go over the next couple of days, but it's looking very much like I'll have to opt out of the challenge this month - I don't want to drag down the average with a row of zeros.
5.02m am and 6.43pm, so 11.45 for the day
Tikka- ouch! take care....
Thanks, guys. I feel such a numbskull - the washing machine weighs twice as much as I do so, with hindsight, it was always going to end in tears. I'll rest up for what's left of this week and hope that I won't be required to dig out my rusty chainsaw for the purposes of amputation. #dramaqueen
2.95. Need more distance and less speed. Rest tomorrow though.
Ouch Tikka! Hope nothing serious...
10 miles this evening... bit lower than last month on mileage at the moment but should still clear 250 for the month even with a taper.
