This is much more enjoyable when it's close, so let's all keep up the momentum, and see if we can eke out a few more miles (without anyone injuring themselves or jeapordizing any training plans or races, etc....)
I did 8.4 miles at lunchtime, including some VOmax intervals (blooming tough, but perversely enjoyable). I did 5*600m with 90 seconds recovery, and about halfway through I realised that 90 seconds probably should have been a bit longer.... However, stuck at it, and then did a nice 3 mile cool down just to make it over 8 miles in total
