Got to the track to find an unscheduled visit of 50 odd school children. End result was that my 3x1600m with 400m recovery got shifted off-road to my normal loop with increased wu/cd. Another 6.23. Over a mile ahead per runner now.

Managed a 7 mile advancement with a not lethal neck wound inflicted by some Fetchie sniper last night. Now only 27 miles and a  few Fetch wretches between me and Kate F and YP. Drunken is just behind me battling a rear guard action but I expect him to be move up soon Emmy Bug, Juggler, Franny, Elli and Mathschick are a mere 5-11 miles aways. I can hear their guns from here.

Looking good, guys- just noticed that we are an average 2m ahead at the moment Keep it up!

Starting to build my miles towards peak over the next 5 weeks....

5.18m recovery run this morning and a slow, but not easy 15.02m tonight in 1.59.01 (the 300m ascent, including a 0.75m constant hill, and yesterday's tempo miles made it seem tougher. 0.26m warm down to finish off the day at 20.46

8.36 logged for me. New PB on a 10k, then a recovery jog home. Plus, I clocked up my 1,000th mile for 2012

Simples- I run at 5.30 am and 7-9pm- and go to bed early.... ! Saying that, I can't do the same mileage for spring marathons because of work- but for the next 6 weeks I don't have to run at 5.30 anymore

Recovery day today- 5ish miles early on, few more to follow in a little while

Like I said android. One that needs to sleep, which was never in Bladerunner, but android all the same.

6 and a bit run. Short hill repeats book ended by easy runs.

Tomorrow I rest or do a recovery run or go to the pub.

Only 2.95 tonight to keep things ticking over. RW still over 2 miles a runner ahead.

Just over 8 miles trail tempo effort this evening. Rest day tomorrow and a pretty light weekend unfortunately... next weekend I have a little 100 mile jog around the lakes to add to team RW total
