Emmy and Gaz- top efforts, guys

Stephen- PTSD

10.03m for me today- nice and easy and shiny new shoes 22 planned for tomorrow- weather's supposed to be cooler too

Sorry, guys, but tempting as it is, I'm not going to add any more miles/runs on for the challenge beyond my plan - bigger picture and all that....

Or not too many, anyway

I've just messaged Shades, Minni and Fit Running Cat asking if they have any miles to log Saffy can't be messaged

Thanks for the nudge Jason. I was injured at the beginning of the month so didn't get into logging.  Just logged 139 miles though and will have another 16 tomorrow.  Hope that helps.  I do like to be on the winning team.

Hip hip hurray for Minni

Hip hip hurray for Jason for nudging Minni

Hip hip hurray for Team RW

......... and a big hip hip hurray for anyone else awake at silly o'clock in order to get some decent miles in!

Go Minni!!

Morning all

Weekly weigh-in= minus 1lb and minos 0.1% body fat That's a stone since early June now! All these miles must be helping!

29/07/2012 at 08:44

120m ahead at the moment

29/07/2012 at 08:46

WiB's miles will give us a boost too- and Shades is going to log miles later

Fantastic news! Well done Jason (on the weight loss as well as the nudge)!

I'll do some recovery miles in a bit. It'll not be a lot but every mile helps, right?

Emmy- too right

Just given Loulabelle a heads up

What a glorious morning

16 miles for me today with the dog in the beautiful early morning sunlight. This takes me over my 200 mile target and hopefully I've got one more run in me this month, which should make this my highest month ever.

Good news on the weight loss Jason - every lb lost will help when it comes to Chester.....

Back from a 6 and a bit mile run and just off out for a bike ride. Whilst its beautiful weather - it seems a shame to waste it!

Big cheer for Shades as well - we're now over 300 miles ahead

Well done everyone for trying, getting out there and logging those miles! A big hip hip hooray!

Had a great run today- really felt like I've turned a corner Celebrated by adding another mile as a warm down: 23.02m for the day Makes it my second highest month of the year

29/07/2012 at 18:52

We're not conceding yet...one of us has 2 days to run from Land's End to John o'Groats: we're just drawing lots now

29/07/2012 at 18:57

Tek- much easier to do it the other way round Not sure you'll get it done before the end of the month though
