What a glorious morning

16 miles for me today with the dog in the beautiful early morning sunlight. This takes me over my 200 mile target and hopefully I've got one more run in me this month, which should make this my highest month ever.

Good news on the weight loss Jason - every lb lost will help when it comes to Chester.....

Back from a 6 and a bit mile run and just off out for a bike ride. Whilst its beautiful weather - it seems a shame to waste it!

Big cheer for Shades as well - we're now over 300 miles ahead

Had a great run today- really felt like I've turned a corner Celebrated by adding another mile as a warm down: 23.02m for the day Makes it my second highest month of the year

We're not conceding yet...one of us has 2 days to run from Land's End to John o'Groats: we're just drawing lots now

Tek- much easier to do it the other way round Not sure you'll get it done before the end of the month though

Jason got me just as going to bed. 3 hrs sleep in 33 hours during Thunder Run.

Had only posted 1 run, 13 miles, now at 156 miles for the month.

Oops, sorry about that FRTC- sleep well

Just 5 miles today. I went out intending to do 10 but got "caught short" at mile 4 and had to run home pretty bloody sharpish!!!

Nice one Minni and FRC!!!

No worries Jason. Made me giggle actually.

NB I have a temporary Thunder in my name.

Might be out for a slow bimble tomorrow to stretch legs a bit, and then definitely club session Tuesday, plus warm up. No slacking here.

@gaz - well done on the 5. I feel your pain at being caught out!

@fitrunningthundercat - well done on the thunder run! How did you feel?

Another 5 for me today.

Cme on everyone - the fetchie could still catch up if they all did lakeland 50/100 (or am I getting the weekends mixed up?)

Gaz- nice fartlek session

6.4m recovery run this morning- legs felt surprisingly fresh after yesterday's 23 More later

Sorry but not going to make many more miles this month as I pulled my hamstring last Tuesday and can only now walk without it hurting each step. Hope for a much more productive month next month.

30/07/2012 at 22:40

CR- rest up and come back strong

5.2ish miles this evening in the rain 11.64 for the day

31/07/2012 at 07:15

Hi everyone, today is planned to be a rest day for me... but if we notice that the fetchies are trying to sneak ahead - i'll get out there later on tonight

How is everyone feeling?
