Day 2 of the Challenge, and RW is doing well! I intend to make up for my non-starter today if possible
Just logged my first couple of days mile. There must be many more miles to be logged when I'm at number 3!
15 miles today in an extended "lunch break" from work. Bit of a slog but beat spending a couple of hours in a chemical plant.
9 logged for me today then 2 hours kip
Ok, sorry guys I've only got a mile a day for the last 2 days, loosely jogged with the dog. I will put 13.1 on the score tomorrow though.
Yes, a half but I'm running in the Welsh Castles Relay for my club next weekend so think I'll have to hang back a bit tomorrow.
Unforunately, I can't log the 3 hours of tennis I played this afternoon.................I've often wondered just how far I run around during a tennis match and have considered wearing my Garmin to find out............would it be very naughty to wear my Garmin for my match this Thursday and log the miles I run
running is running!
I promise to get out there tomorrow for at least 10 miles... today was just too much of a headache to get out there!
10 "Jubilympic" miles today.
Well, 7m for training + 3 extra miles for Team RW.
16.06 miles for me this morning in the rain and wind! Last 2 miles were a bit of a struggle and had to run/walk them but that's the longest I've ever run!
Got my first run logged. Only 5.6 but with a hangover!
