RW v Fetch June Running Challenge

Don't think getting Shades on board is particularly effical- she hasn't been part of the team this month....

Beginning to wonder if VDR is a Fetch invention- no details, no forum activity, just a couple of short runs. Call me paranoid, but at least one of their number has suggested doing just that....But the, what would be the point....

Total 4458.12 miles by 36 runners = 123.84 avg

can we try and booster the ranks and message people who are lower?

I managed a sickly 6 miles this morning. It looks like the marathon from Saturday took more out of my legs than expected!

I think the people to approach are: Clag, Celtic Runner, Small and VanDeRooster

Emmy- messaged Clag and Small- can't message CR or VDR.

Think some of the Fetchies ran big miles at the weekend- hoping that they are out of action for a few days as a result 

Some of the Fetchies are up for September- how about us? I'll be tapering for the tail end of the month, but should be able to help the cause a bit

I'll be aiming for 200 or perhaps slightly more for September, so I'm in.  

I've ditched Furman and trying to get some miles in my legs for Abo in October so I'm in.

Recovery day for me today 5 slow miles this morning, 6 planned for later

I'd be up for September's challenge. Trouble is, I'm a bit below average on the mileage front.  Not training for anything specific at the mo, so only turning over at about 120 miles per month. (Just made it this month!) 

However, this challenge does help me to get out of the door some days!!!

I got out at August because I knew I wouldn't run much, and I haven't. But I would like to join up again for September. This is mainly for my benefit, though, not to help us beat Fetch.
