I'm up-to-date now. 18 horizontal miles this weekend + over 3miles vertical each-way (up and down). I would be doing much better in the leaderboard if I could include these I think - Suggestion for a future challenge
Round Rotherham 50 this coming Saturday, but not recovering well from runs right now. Not the miles, but the makeup of them earlier this year, especially summer has given me a few niggles + outside of running factors on my time/energy. Will mean another easy week on top of many of late to arrive at Rotherham rested I think.
