Final 3.5 miles logged for me this morning - total of 182 for the month.

Am a bit nervous that'll not be enough to beat DeeGee and Swittle, but it was all I could do today, so we'll wait and see.

I suppose I could always do another run later tonight, but I'm just about to open a beer, so seems unlikely!

Fingers crossed......

YP- well done- don't get too carried away though! The new month starts tomorrow

Last jog in the bank for me too.

Next month's total won't be beginning with a "1"

Jason - I'm going to try and have a 200+ mile month in Decemebr as well (although I guess you might be planning a 300+ mile month )

Started today with a 4mile run (which includes my local Parkrun done with my son). Tomorrow will hopefully be 18+.....

So do I - if I include the run I'm just about to do, I've got 30+ miles

Sorry folks ... work kinda got in the way (and me still being broken meant I haven't logged for a month so sort of forgot  )

However December is now up, and I'm even hopeful of making a return too !!

Wtf? This is meant to be a running challenge, not a chance to compare levels of gluttony!

Some of us on this thread are taking it seriously, and dedicating ourselves to do everything it takes to maximise our mileage...... Like getting up before 5 am to make sure we can get the miles in.... And you two wastrels are comparing notes about FOOD?

You both ought to be ashamed of yourself......

*# YP storms of to do a proper run in order to try and clear his frustration and disappointment #*

YP- Food is running fuel, matey! Enjoy your run

The scales tell me that I lost a pound in the last week- despite the Indian takeaway!

16m into the teeth of a gale, followed by 1m warm down
