I've just done a slow 5.6m recovery run, and unfortunately my mileage this week is going to be a bit lower than normal as I'm taking a cut-back week after 6 weeks of constant 45-50m per week.
My legs have been feeling increasingly achy, so I'm hoping that a week taking it easy and reducing the mileage down to around 35 miles will sort me out, and allow me to get stuck in to some proper marathon training...
