Physio visit went well, and he issued the all important green light to continue with some gradual easy runs for the next week or so
Plan for this week is day on, day off, and then slowly add another days running each week until I'm back to where I was pre-injury.
This means my monthly target of 200miles is blown, but I reckon I can probably still get close to, or ideally over, 100 miles.
