Welsh Castles Relay as part of the South West Road Runners team. What are you doing?
I am at Dartmoor Discovery so will clock up 32 miles towards Team RW. I ran the South Downs Way relay last weekend, first relay event I have done and it was great fun. Enjoy!

6.56 wet miles - again - today.
8.2 'blustery' miles
Rained off yesterday but got out for 12 miles today. I was thinking of staying out doing 14 but the weather took a real turn for the worse over the last mile and convinced me I'd done enough.
Sniff sniff, cough cough . Been out for a couple of days but i'll be back shortly and will make up for lost time.

I did two runs today. I hope that I can continue to up my mileage this year. I am planning to do a marathon next April (Brighton)

I've been out for a few days with a cold, can't believe how far down the table i've dropped
I was on page 13 last night when I posted my miles up.
After a shitty week at work missing two running days I popped in a 26.2 this morning over the South Downs, not as impressive as WIB but promise I will get out again tomorrow.
It's impressive against my 4.33 today Kate. In fact it's impressive against my total to date.
