Just stopped in to offer my apologies for another rather dire mileage month! I ran a marathon in April and feel I've been struggling to recover. Went to the doctor last week thinking it was all in my head, but no - my iron level is 'in your boots' and my haemoglobin's way down too which explains the continued muscular fatigue.
All being well my energy levels should start to improve soon as I've been given iron supplements with a review in 3 months. Fingers crossed that's all it needs!
