As this is a FLM warm up - are there RW pace setters as well?

yes I believe there are - were when I did it....

tbh - race your own race and forget the pacemakers as some of them aren't so good viz. the 9min/mile pacer at Bath 1/2 this year who went past me at 2 miles and I was doing sub 7:30min/mile at the time.....he had nobody in tow.....

What paces do they run at?

Are there any under 7minute pace or below?

I always seem to go off too quick then flop at the end (no jokes please this ain't a Russell Brand phone in!).
I always wondered what it would be like to go the whole distance with someone who could keep it up (again, no jokes please we don't want to offend anyone)

Knight Rider,
I saw some of your posts about the Leiecster half & sort of guessed. I run with the Cannons running club & know a few people who run with OWLS & other local clubs.
