Every cloud has a silver lining )

Have just mutually finished with a very nice man i had been seeing for 2 months. Bugger!!

Have only just started running again after surgery on my knee but mostly due to the fact that i was feeling a bit sad this morning had a really good, if slow and steady run.

Ain't running great for clearing your head

Just mutually finished with my partner today after five years. She introduced me to running. Went for eight mile run today. Run felt good but I felt sad. Still, I have an awful lot to thank her for.....

must be the time of the year, as ditto (2 years)!  32.5 miles done in the last 3 days...

but yeah, based on a case study of one, running is definitely better than alcohol at easing the difficulty.  Not sure if I'd be able to handle a rest day!!!

Had a tough time a while back with Mr CS and can confirm that crying whilst running is practically impossible... and it really does help you see things more clearly... (no pun intended there).

Difficult...not impossible.....however I have a renewed enthusiasm for running

i insist on singleness...it keeps the hunger to get out running in all weathers high!

Ooh, definitely that time of year, mutually split from my wife of 4 years (together for 7) a fewweeks ago.

Agree about the silver lining, enjoying myself from joining different groups from walking to canoeing, and feeling happier and a stone lighter!!!  Although running is lacking a bit, maybe tomorrow!

Give me a few weeks before any arrows are pointed my way please, I need the break
