groder, you seem awfully defensive.
I would ask you to list what you eat during the day, but I think you would understate the amount to make it look as though you have a reasonable diet.
Looking for slimming pills rather than cutting back on what you eat? Really?
Try this, try eating cereal tonight instead of dinner. Do this every day this week, then get back to us and tell us if you lost any weight.
If you arent willing to do this, then something tells me youre just looking for an easy answer anyway so aren't worth bothering with.
