Hi everyone ... I'm new to the website and quite new to running. I've downloaded the indivualised trining programme available on here from Smart Coach but I don't know wha tthe "pace" value is. My "Easy Run" says run 2mi @ 13:39 pace but when I translate that to km/hr it would mean running at 21.55 km/hr. Can anyone help me please? It may be 2mi @ 13.39 km/hr?
Pace is measured in minutes per mile (or minutes per kilometre), as opposed to speed in miles or kilometres per hour.
So a pace of 13:39 min/mile means you take 13 minutes 39 seconds to run one mile, which would be slightly faster than 4 miles per hour.
