Starting a Parkrun and how hard is it?

I have run Parkrun when visiting the Mother in Law in Middlesbrough, in between heavy nights out when visiting friends in Brighton and when I've taken the wife away for the weekend in Cambridge. What I'd like is a local Parkrun in Essex so I could run them a bit more regularly. So how hard is it to set up and run a Parkrun? Advice please. X

If you want to help out contact the local team and they will add you to the volunteers list

There is also a lovely parkrun in Beckton Park, East London so just little outside Essex.
