Does anyone know where I can buy a long sleeved top for running which has a high sun protection factor?

Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy SPF40 and put sunblock on?

would be if it was just to stop getting sunburnt, but I need to keep the sun off my skin cos it feels like someone rubbing salt into a cut
