Stretching: before or after?

Give me advise when I'll get good of the stretching and is it so necessary indeed?

Alex, you should certainly do some kind of stretching before you head out for a run. There will be plenty of advice for specific exercises amongst these forums and on the rw website.

They say only dynamic stretches before exercise, static after. Foam roller works in both situations

I can never exactly work out if I'm using my foam roller properly. It doesn't seem to hurt me as much as other people always say it does. Still, I keep at it.
