Inflexibility is a major problem!

My biggest weakness seems to be flexibility but I just can't seem to settle into any sort of routine. I've tried many but none seem to help. Can anyone recommend a programme or maybe someone I could talk to?

Bob Anderson's 'Stretching' is quite good. It's very old, but was recommended to me by a physio. It's been updated in 2000 though, and should be available through Amazon etc. The thing to remember is it's nice to be flexible, but unless it's causing you problems don't worry too much about it. If you only stretch because you think you have to, it's going to be a pain in the neck and difficult to motivate yourself. If you can get some stretches you enjoy and don't focus so much on pushing as hard as possible, you'll be more likely to develop. There are loads in the book and you should be able to find some you enjoy.
