I have heard glucosamine is good for joint pain. I have had them checked by physio and they are ok. I cannot take glucosaminedue to alleregy to shellfish but have been told msm may do. any thoughts?

Sounds like a dance drug to me.........

I have heard of MSM, but usually in a combination supplement with Glucosamine and Choindroitin (sp?), so I don't know how effective it is on its own. ZipVit are doing 200 1000mg MSM tablets for £8.95 at the moment, so it might be worth giving them a go. Then you can report back to us :-)

Actually, see in the news yesterday that all these pills and potions are likely to be doing me more harm than good. Do you reckon I could sue Healthspan for Loss of PB's?
