Well, let's not get carried away. But I will genuinely be delighted if you do it.

Samir- you releasing your training schedule is hardly going to set the world alight- your not exactly the best .. Yet... what are your plans if you run sub 80 or say have bad race and run 120? Another target race? focus on just running?

27/09/2013 at 18:34

Oh and dean- I must've got hungry or those short sharp runs eat at my anger so yes- grouchy Scott - but I'm ok now I've gone to see the rents with my wonderful little girl- and I plan a nice easy 7m/m 30 min jog later before running tomorrow parkrun

27/09/2013 at 18:57

Samir, good luck! You're joining in with the banter well.

Scott, I think you're missing the point of this thread and starting to look a bit petty.

95% of the thread already are old son

I doubt you'll actually race sunday, but if you do, fair play, and don't leave anything out there

27/09/2013 at 20:33

I want to say Good Luck for Sunday.

And as a bit of motivation and support a fellow forumite...

The fact that you have not changed your profile picture to anything at all despite attention seeking posts and attitude spread over time does mean that I suspect somethings afoot.  Not DF3 or that abusive chick trying to wind people up but just boredom.

Everyone knows that the real trolls use twitter nowadays anyhows!

This thread has a point?

The point is it's pointless. That's why everyone loves these threads.

There's nothing worse when someone takes it, or themselves, seriously (apart from the OP of course). People don't want rational discussions... save that for the other threads!

Really? I think people that can say whatever they want on any thread  - and my experience is that they pretty much do.

But you're new - you'll find that out if you stick around.

You don't think people should stay on topic too do you? Because you really are going to be disappointed
