Touch wood, they are fine. Going to try and get under 24 minutes before the end of this month. Will get 2 or possibly 3 cracks at it.

Morning all - need to catch up

My new year fitness plan has been scuppered by the lurgy.  On the plus side have lost 4 pounds this week - lack of appetite and no sense of taste or smell an obvious contributing factor. 

Starting to feel half human again now.

Hope everyone else is ok.

3M A bit faster than last 2 days. Good to be back out.

Keeping out of cupboards in evening is helping me in my new weight loss battle.

morning all also need to keep up! I am off to Peru in two days though so it wont happen right away!

Weigh in 10st 2lb!! Happy happy, back to my good weight, still want to get to 10st. Had a great race last night, 25.22 for a 3.17, so I was 8mm, dont know how!

Body Fat in lbs: 73.6lb (down 2.7lb)

Lean Tissue: 64.7% (up 1.7%)

Hydration: 46.8% (up 1.8%)

Hydration in litres: 44.2 litres (up 2.2 litres)

It's good compared to 12 months ago, but not so good compared to the last test, but I have changed my medication so am waiting to see what happens.

Very impressive Vixx! Going to do my weight and measurements on Wednesday this week. Hopefully a bit of improvement from last time. The good news is I ran Park Run in 23.42 this week. So nearly a minute quicker than my effort the week before. If I could knock a minute off every week  ....!
