Just realised it is shrove Tuesday - not bothered about pancakes.  However I am deof giving up chocolate for lent as it is my major weakness.

I'm giving up 'giving up'. When I feel that I can't get out for a run, I'm not going to allow myself to have an excuse.

I'm on Tipping Point tonight. If anyone watches it, don't expect much from me.

Tipping point is a game show on ITV1 tonight at 4pm.

Damn, missed it. Have never seen Tipping Point but would have made the effort to have a look this time!

1.5lb off in last 2 weeks (now 14 st 1.5lbs) and 1cm off my waist (105). Slow but steady progress.

If I could get down to 13 stone (ish) and lose a few more inches off my waist I would be delighted. The priority is to do it without making drastic lifestyle changes so I have a better chance of sustaining it rather than losing a stone or 2 and putting it back on like I have in the past.

Hi Everyone

MTV - Well done on the loss, looks like you're really on track,

I've had the results of my blood test today and everything is fine.

Mrs LFC had been going on at me about a lump she could see on my neck, not my head before you say. It's now checked and everything OK, plus as an added bonus, my blood work came back with everything, as the doctor said, fantastic, including my colesterol which is 3.4.
