Hi Wabo! Doing not bad, bit tired it's been a long week one way or another (since last week, not just today and yesterday!).
Hope the marathon went well vixx. Just how many marathons is that this year?
Wabo/Nicky - marathon was AWESOME!!!!!!! I highly recommend it. I have never seen a country so ready to party! And there was a party for us all at the finish line also - indoor finish with cheerleaders, and beer stations at the finish too
You had me at cheerleaders.

Vixx: Not bad thanks. Our oldest son's 21st Birthday tomorrow, so going out for a family meal.

Morning all - well done Wabo. Happy birthday to young Birkmyre (I mean, slightly younger)
Just started running a couple of weeks ago after a long break. My weight was 15 stone/95kg, I'm hoping to take about 10kg off that over the next few months
Well done don_gato! Are you following a specific plan?
no specific plan, just trying to stick to a regular exercise routine and watch what I'm eating, combined with no booze for a few weeks. I'm doing two weekday runs, one slow and steady and one faster, plus a slow long run at the weekend.
Sounds sensible - if there is any help we can give here (or encouragement!), then just let us know!
Our downstairs bathroom being done from today till Friday.
