You run as far as you want to, when you want to, where you want to.

If you don't want to you don't.

I've acheived a very good level of fitness through the years of this.

Any thoughts?

My not training schedule is not running when I feel like it, the two complement themselves well.

Also why are their so many stickies in General? Stickies are annoying.
