Hi all, my question is - Next year I am running the Adidas half marathon on the 3rd March and the Brighton marathon on the 14th April. I am following a marathon program so i will be ready for both of those events. But then i am doing a Tough Mudder on the 4th May and another half marathon on the 8th of June, so that is 3 weeks after the marathon i am doing Tough Mudder and then 6 weeks after that i am doing another Half marathon. What i would like to know is what is the best way to train in the 6 week period between the Tough Mudder and the half marathon to keep my fitness levels high/get fitter? Thanks for any help.
