anyone know if the is any other way of un-subcribing to runnersworld other than phoning you just cannot get through to them

There's a wesite address on the delivery address sheet that comes with the mag. Go online and cancel it that way.

WS, sorry, I just checked and it doesn't have an unsubscribe option. It does have a contact number though. :

ah, but are we talking about from the magazine or from the website?? and which does the link at the bottom of the page do.

The DD thing is definately for the magazine subscription.

I just phoned and only had to wait a couple of minutes and it was cancelled within a minute without any fuss. You don't need your subscription number only your name and other address/telephone details. Easy peasy.

Just cancelled mine too. Through no problems and no fuss.

I think they should potentially gather info though as to why the subs cancelled as they may get some useful feedback, such as the latest issue - May 2012, does not start until page 23 predominantly due to adverts and almost everything on the front page relates to complete beginners, people struggling with weight (as if that's the only reason people run) and people who are about to pack it in after 5 minutes!

(sorry slight whinge there!)
