Hi there, I am moving to walthamstow this week and am looking for a female running buddy to do a couple of runs with a week- preferably 2 during the week of maybe 4 miles and then a longer one on the weekend of 6+ miles. I did a half marathon a couple of weeks ago and I have already lapsed on doing any running! I'm not particularly fast, doing about 10 min miles but I want to improve.
