Well saw the scottish runners thread and thought I'd love to know who was out there here in Wales.
Im in Pembrokeshire, just completed 2 half Marathons for local childrens ward. Run 2-3 times a week with circuits etc gym blah blah blah.
Who else is out there in Wales??? Anyone else in Pembs?

LOL I like the attempts at sounding Welsh. Considering I ws born in Derby Im almost accepted as Welsh now as I have been here on and off 26 years!!!

hi ,i am english but have lived in carmarthen for 45 years so i am basically welsh,speak a usefull amount of welsh and love wales.Also love spain and france but i still have to support england at rugby!!Am a member of a west wales running club and try to do all the local events of which there are loads coming up.West Wales is a beautiful and freindly place to run.See you soon
