saurkrout (pickled white cabbage in white wine) + 1.5 boiled potato + 5 steamed brussels sprout and a few steamed carots....
I am currently trying to avoid thinking about cho-co-late..........................

Large avocado pear mashed with chick peas and sardines, blob of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle of black pepper, blob of tomato relish spread liberally on wedges of wholemeal toast.

3 layer matpakke. It's Norwegian style sandwiches, so one slice of wholemeal bread and a slice of cheese, second slice of bread with peanutbutter, and a third slice with low-sugar strawberry jam. And water to drink.

Ceral for lunch is a fav of mine although I tend to get strange looks at work when eating it :) I like to go home for fresh bread from my bread maker too!
Although today I had a can of Hienz Scotch Broth.

Pret Chicken and Avocado sandwich (was feeling extravagant!) and apple. Just eaten a banana in preparation for a gentle run later. Lots of water. I average 2 litres a day just at work, not including two cups of tea a day and more water and/or squash in the evening.
No wonder I spend so much time on the loo! (almost as much as I spend on here!!)
