Just a lighthearted thread - what song makes you run harder/helps you get through your toughtest runs?
My current fave is Ya Mama (Push The Tempo) – Fatboy Slim and Moguai
I find cheesy 80's rock the best to keep me going - can't beat running to a bit of Meatloaf or Bon Jovi when the going gets tough (oh, and Billy Ocean!). For some reason, my feet won't run to 'cool' music!
'She sells Sanctuary' The Cult
The Verve. Bitter Sweet Symphony. Not really a power song. But it works.
The Heavy - Ain't No Place For A Hero.
They used it on the soundtrack for Strike Back on Sky. (Terrible TV)
Luckily it didn't ruin it for me.
Closer to the edge - 30 Seconds to Mars. (This week)
Hard-Fi - Hard to Beat
Diabolo Rojo by Rodrigo y Gabriela is doing it for me at the moment, great race finisher!

I might learn that one day.
(Teehee!)
For the last month or so, Shake it Out by Florence. Ceremonials is a great album IMO
VAST: Thrown Away.
Always is and always will be
There's nothing like Smack My Bitch Up when you're running on a treadmill in the shop window at Lillywhites at 4am at 16.8k/h. Apart from Vienna by Ultravox.
