Cranleigh 3K, which will be my kids' first race (they are 8, 6 and 4).

The 6-year-old is looking really really fast, and they are absolutely beside themselves with excitement.

Not racing, thankfully. Did 5 races in June, so need to train, and especially get some long runs in. Enjoy it, those that are racing.

Skipton 10k - it was my first race last year, so I can see how much I've improved since then.

northants supersprint tri (500m open,15km,5km)

R4L Cambridge. Well, I think the total climb might be 3 feet, between the lower lock level and the upper. Don't worry though, I'll be real careful and slow down if necessary on that bit.

R4L wasn't quite my first post-paralysis race, but close on. Things look a bit different from this perspective.

Doubt I'll better my time though. Lots has happened since then.

Marshalling Pudsey 10k (my club race)

Nice to see Skipton 10k on the same day again. Ah well, at least Harrogate 10k, which was also on the same day as Pudsey/?Skipton last year has moved dates.

Dont mind me. An old rant of mine.

Filey Triathlon- Swiss you are not the only one who does exotic races you know. Seem to have mislaid all the details like registration time etc, oh well no doubt they'll turn up.

Launceston Half - Hilliest half I have ever done before.
You run out of Cornwall into Devon, then back into Cornwall again, strange sport this running lark.
