Whats the most embarrassing song you listen to while running .....

Excellent post!!  Where do I start too?  Maybe Jolene by Dolly Parton, Bee Gees, Logical Song by Scooter, def Eye of the Tiger and One and Only.

Out of Space by Prodigy, not exactly a motivational song but even if I'm knackered it still makes me smile!

I'd also add that being firmly stuck in the late 70's, most of my ipod shuffle songs are Punk songs, my wife borrowed it once as hers stopped working. She never borrowed it again!

however my cheesiest track is 'when i get high' by afro man  - it makes me chuckle

OOps! Thankfully never done that, did worry I'd sent my garmin through when I couldn't find it anywhere!

As for the OP I don't think any of my music is that embarassing! Maybe the cheesiest are my 80s electronic anthems. Or Erasure. But I'm not embarrassed of them.

 i have electronic 80s triple disc albumn , get in!! 

my 11 yr old knows all the words to erasures  RESPECT  - she hasn't figured out this prob isn't cool haha  - my poor kids 

i also have bob dylan stuff - which now my 16 yr old thinks is great 

however i do run better pace to running trax  - most my ipod is dance/drum and bass etc

ELO, Mr Blue Sky, and lots of Prodigy (though thats not uncool!) albeit, according to my OH, my ipod is full of utter shite, but at least that stops him borowing it.

Vengaboys.  Beat that for embarrassing.

Mostly cheesy 80s and 90s pop, with a bit of Green Day thrown in.  I loved Green Day when I was an angsty teenager and discovered that a lot of their songs have a really good beat for running to.
