I still punch the air in a victory salute at the end of Survivors one and only hit. Much to the amusement of the person on the treadmill next to me in the gym.

although I think its the bit where I go 'Eye of the Tiger! Yeah!' which probably draws attention to myself.

That's the beautiful thing about an iPod shuffle, you can't just pick it up and start scrolling through the playlist!

My entire running playlist is crammed full of such songs (tried running to 'cool' music - my feet don't like it). Today's lunchtime 6 miler was sponsored by the Bee Gees, Cyndi Lauper and a tiny bit of Steps for good measure. Might have to add S Club 7 now though - thanks for the tip Paxton Lee!

I went out running last week in the snow, and it was really perculiar, as snow patrol kept coming on, then it turned to rain and Rhianna "umbrella" started playing!! Spooky!

But I reckon the best running song EVER is "Do your thing" by Basement Jaxx. It can give me an extra 3 miles, easy!
