Morning all. I've got hurty legs still. Maybe training isn't over rated after all.
Morning psc: Hope the legs recover soon, along with the rest of you
Morning all - tough session last night, swim drills, intervals spin session and a run afterwards so just weights again this morning and track tonight. PSC, you have been doing a lot of training on the bicycle so maybe do the South Downs way cycle in a few weeks? Chris, I would have taken about an hour finding my bike in a space that big! Morning birky, plane spotter. PSC, sounds like recovery is being taken very seriously. Hope you're feeling better this morning MC.
still lurgified so nothing for me, well soc revision session here at school for year 10s and 11s doing their exams this morning
Morning Kate and Maths
Kate: Yeah suppose I am now a plane spotter. Tough session for you right enough last night
Maths: Get well soon. Mrs B and her whole primary school are off down the coast to Ayr Beach today at 9:15 am !
birky - I would be a nercous wreck taking a load of yugn kids to a beach! Used to be a beach lifeguard so I am super aware of everything that could go wrong on a beach...hope they have a great day though
Morning you lot
Maths: It went okay no major incidents.
Easy session today. Smiry rain and very cloudy warmish.
Good morning all
6 miles this morning with intervals, nice and warm despite a strong wind out there.
No run yesterday due to a very tight left glute, and maybe too much red wine while watching the last last in the series of Game of thrones on monday night.
Morning valis: Sounds a good run today.
Morning Birky ,yeah a good run but feeling sleepy sitting here reading the news. Time to wake the mrs V w ith a coffee.
Morning all - 3K swim and a slight improvement in time. Very hard track session last night, 8 miles total, 3 x 2K reps with the second 1K faster than the first. valis, I have to say the Game of Thrones thing has passed me by. What's on the agenda today birky, more biking? Happy hump day all.
Morning Kate: Perhaps later. Enjoying my biking session. Good track session last night.
morning folks... just got out of bed - the joys of a noisy travel lodge!
I think I've got all of the Game of Thrones recorded on the skybox but have only watched 1 of them - lots of nudity which was a surprise. I might give the first series a try if I get the time, but it seems to appeal more to my 18 year old than me!
I never really got into Game of Thrones until someone at work lent me the box set of the first season - watched it on holiday and really got into it. Bit too much lude sex than it needs in the first season, but that sort of disappears in seasons 2 & 3 when it is more about the power and battles.
8 miles with hilll reps on this dull summers day ,still a little windy here.
Nw 1 heron ,3 rabbits 6 magpies and lots of tiny snails
When I watched the first episode of Game of thrones I didn't it was my sort of thing but by about the fourth episode I was hooked. I watched the first episode of Les Revenants/ the returned on Sunday C4 ,if that was anything to go by looks like it will be a cracking series.
morning all - 6 mile run and a spin class, 2 squirrels, 1 rabbit 2 OR, one dressed in suit and shoes haring towards the station at a pretty tidy pace. What's happened to our summer, weather update please Chris.
nothing but arguing kids this morning, still got the sore throat but generally feeling less grotty so will get out for either a run or a walk tomorrow morning - run if feeling good walk if still feeling a bit grotty, will be better than nothing
Oldest son is 21 today, that kinda makes me feel ancient
Put off hills till tomorrow as stiff legs today.
Easy 30mins mainly off road
NW: 1 owl, 2 cyclists 1 runner in distance, 2 llamas, 6 horses, 3 snails, 1 robin redbreast sitting on a fence.
Cracking sunny morning
Hills x 10 with mile warm up/down
NW: 20 planes, yup been counting again, 1 Kingsmill Van, 4 cows, 6 horses, 1 cyclist, 3 snails oh and 1 owl.
