Got out on the bike for a couple of hours and had a play with the new Stava app (well new to me anyway). Impressed! Shows what catagory climbs you've had done and some good detail about ascent/decent. You can also open it up so that others can follow your progress live! Although I haven't worked that out yet.
Blowing a gale here in Kent, but sunny and warm!
Some serous admin for the next few hours!
Well done the park runners.

I am planning on attempting to train for another marathon without injury this time and actually make the start line! Thinking of Llanelli next April.... if OH can book holidays then we will book a week in wales as an easter holiday as it coincides with school easter hols. Must be third time lucky?
Ooh, see you at Giant's Head 5.30, I think it will make SD feel flat.
well done 5:30, cracking time.
Kate - good brick session. 70 miles in this wind must have been tough....
