Lack of 3 running days per wk schedules?

Need for Speed,

There's more than enough room for you here don't worry.

Like yourself mine is a combination of time and also taking care of a dodgy knee.

Maybe,

However I did come up with a very crazy idea about trying for a GFA place. I've never even done a mara. May be next year though! I think from this thread I've possibly found what I've been looking for. The Geff Galloway site (I think I've spelt that right) had a 4hrs 40min target time schedule and they also have some run/walk plans which I've been thinking that if the worst comes to the worst I can use them.

......thanks i'll try and find that, and good luck with your training, i think for me, keeping the speed down to 8-9 min miles is the only way forward for me.

I only said 'a bit rubbish'. Can also be 'a bit good' sometimes.

I could feel a sympathetic arm going round my shoulder there. Thanks for the concern.

Fortunately I don't take myself or my running that seriously but cheers anyway.

PS - From the time it has taken me to reply to your post you can tell that I don't do anything particularly quickly.

Keep smiling everyone.
