did a long run of 17 miles yesterday in training for the Prague marathon. Now when I walk down the stairs I get a clicking feeling (3 'clicks') coming from my Achilles tendon (feels and sounds like your rip open a buttoned shirt - very unnerving). It’s not very sore but I can hear it when I stand with my toes on the edge of the step & bend my foot downwards. Anyone with the same experience and any suggestions as to what it might be and - most of all - how to get rid of it?
